Welcome to the new school year at Harwinton Consolidated School! We are thrilled to have your child(ren) join us and look forward to an exciting and successful year ahead.

At HCS, our dedicated staff is committed to providing our students with a positive, engaging, elementary school experience.  We believe in nurturing and supporting each child to help them grow both academically and socially.  We value collaboration between school and home and welcome your active participation in our school community.  Together, we can create a strong partnership that ensures the success of all our children.

The Student Handbook is designed to provide helpful information regarding school policies, routines and procedures.  You could find this on our school website https://harwinton.region10ct.org/. Please be aware that families will receive weekly communication through emails regarding important information, events, and updates.  Please take the time to read these emails in order to stay informed and up to date. 

Lastly, the HCS PTO organizes a number of events for families and students which are invaluable contributions to the school. Please follow the PTO on Facebook for updates ~ @HCSPTO.
